Shipping & Returns
All items are shipped from the United Kingdom. By placing an order and processing a payment with TRU Wear Barbados Ltd. you as the customer agree and accept the following terms.
Once an order is placed, the customer will receive a confirmation email, once this confirmation email is sent, the order will be fulfilled and sent off, this can take up to 2 business days (not including weekends or public holidays).
All orders placed after 10am EST will be shipped the following day. If you place your order after this time on a Friday, your order will be shipped on Monday.
FREE SHIPPING is offered on all domestic UK orders, we use Royal Mail 1st class service and delivery is usually 3-5days, this option comes with no tracking number.
DOMESTIC EXPRESS SHIPPING is available for £10, we use DPD to post these orders and delivery is usually 1-2days this option comes with a tracking number.
INTERNATIONAL STANDARD SHIPPING is available for £14, we use Royal Mail to post and delivery is usually 7-14days, this option does not have a tracking number.
INTERNATIONAL TRACKED SHIPPING is available for £16, we use Royal Mail to post and delivery is usually 7-14days, this option comes with a tracking number. Please note that Barbados is not accepting tracked or signed for posting at this time, it will be sent via Airmail (hello #snailmail)
EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING is available for £20-£25, we use DHL for this service and delivery is usually 3-5days, this option comes with a tracking number.
The customer is responsible to pay any taxes, customs fees or any other additional fees. TRU's retail prices do not include any of these fees.
If you are unsure about any additional fees that will have to be applicable to your order, contact your local customs office. TRU is in no way responsible for any additional fees or taxes that may be requested on shipping your order and do not offer refunds for these costs.

Delivery dates can change depending on the time of year, holidays, weekends and weather conditions. Stolen or delayed packages in transit are in no way the responsibility of TRU. It must be noted that the customer give the correct shipping/delivery address when placing the order, if the address is not correct, the customer will not be reimbursed.
Please note that there might be a slight delay with delivery times due to the current global pandemic.
We want all of our TRUPERS to be happy with their purchases.
If for any reason you would like to return a piece, TRU will offer store credit for the item(s) that you return - returns and exchanges will only be considered 30 days after delivery. Kindly email us at email@example.com to inquire about returning your purchase. Please note that final sale items cannot be returned under any circumstance.
A refund will be offered in the case of faulty item(s).
When a refund is granted from our Head of Accounts, please note that we will only refund by the click of a button on our system to the same payment card/platform used. So any bank fees on the customer’s end is not the responsibility of TRU Barbados®.
All TRU items to be returned must match the following criteria:
*Tags still attached
*In the clear poly bag with both SKU codes matching (on the hangtag and the polybag)
Items returned that do not match the above criteria will be shipped back to the customer at his/her expense. Please be careful when trying on your pieces.
All items returned will be refunded with store credit valid for 3 months after the voucher has been sent from TRU to the customer.
If your purchase is faulty or incorrect, we do apologize - please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will resolve this for you asap!
All refunds that are granted by TRU will be issued via the payment method used on purchasing said item.
