TAKE TIME FOR YOURSELF

WHEN IT COMES TO WORK, I PERSONALLY FIND IT EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO 'SWITCH OFF' AND JUST RELAX, BUT MY OH MY THIS IS SO IMPORTANT FOR YOUR HEALTH!

I HAVE DECIDED TO TAKE SOME TIME IN THE AFTERNOONS THAT I AM NOT WORKING IN STORE TO TAKE MY DOG FOR A WALK/RUN FOR AT LEAST AN HOUR. JUST ME, MY BEST FRIEND AND THE FRESH AIR. GETTING ACTIVE REALLY HELPS CLEAR MY MIND AND REFLECT ON A COUPLE THINGS. 

ALONG WITH FRESH AIR, IN THE MORNING I LIKE TO TAKE 20 MINUTES TO GET IN A POSITIVE MINDSET TO START THE DAY. I LEAVE MY PHONE IN MY BEDROOM ON SILENT AND SIT ON THE BALCONY, ENJOY THE VIEW AND MY DOUBLE ESPRESSO OF COURSE. 

I HAVE FOUND MY SERENITY IN EXERCISE FOR THE PAST YEAR AND A BIT. WHENEVER I GET THE TIME IN THE DAY OR NIGHT I GET IN AT LEAST 20 MINUTES OF EXERCISE. SOME DAYS WHEN I DON'T FEEL LIKE IT, I FORCE MYSELF AND I AM ALWAYS SOOOOO MUCH MORE CLEAR MINDED AND POSITIVELY THINKING AFTERWARDS!

NOW IT'S NOT THE SAME FOR EVERYONE. SOME PEOPLE ENJOY PAINTING, READING, WRITING, DIVING, FISHING, ONLINE SHOPPING AND TRUST ME THE LIST CAN GO ON AND ON. IT'S TIME FOR YOU TO FIND YOUR SERENITY - TRY NEW THINGS AND YOU'LL BE SURE TO FIND SOMETHING POSITIVE THAT WORKS FOR YOU. 

SO GO AHEAD. TAKE SOME TIME FOR YOU, AND ONLY YOU.
